Let me start saying I love Marriot properties and have enjoyed the ease of use and functionality of the Bonvoy app too. When I booked this time, I decided to use the app. The rates seemed great and although photos often embellish the facts in many ads, these were bang on. My son and I walked in we just loved it. Our first of many interactions was with Jaylyn. She is a true testament that customer service isn’t a department but a state of mind. She greeted us and from that second we felt like we had come home. Throughout our stay she was there. At one point I asked her if she actually had a room there because she seemed to always be there. With everything good there is sometimes a glitch. And as I have told my staff over the years, making a mistake is an opportunity. An opportunity to build a deeper relationship with your customer and to make things right. So don’t fret the error, just capitalize on the opportunity. So we had a bit of a minor glitch that was so quickly rectified, and taken care of that I honestly will never stay anywhere else. The rooms and room services were excellent. My son said it was the nicest hotel room we had ever stayed. It was an important weekend for us so I was soooo pleased he was pleased. I’d also like to thank Nebiu, the hotel manager. His care and thoughtfulness helped erase any issue we had and we literally even hugged goodbye as we were checking out. Thank you to Jaylyn for her thoughtfulness and attitude - What an amazing welcome committee and front office professional, and to Nebiu for ensuring the whole team went above and beyond. Our experience was indeed a 10/10. You made our weekend. See you all soon 10/10 - WELCOME/SERVICE 10/10 - AMENITIES (including beds, pillows) 10/10 - LOCATION 10/10 - CLEAN, ELEGANT, STYLISH & COZY 10/10 - COMFORT 12/10 - VALET David and Aaron G. The rooms were great, some kind of industrial design mixed to it and always clean. Great and comfy bed as well. The gym has more options than the classical hotel gym. Front desk staff was helpful and fast at all times. At breakfast service can be painfully slow depending on your server. Try to get one of the girls, they are faster We also rented a meeting room there and there we found the pricing structure quite over the top and the service rather bad, we wouldn't do that again, thus one star minus.

The hotel itself was exceptional and the check-in was as easy as it could be. Front desk was courteous and helpful. I checked in at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday night, Thanksgiving Eve and I checked out at 7:00 in the morning Thanksgiving Day. When I received my folio in an email the next day, there was a charge to my credit card that did not belong to my room. When I called to get the correction they told me that they would have the general manager return my phone call after a couple hours and then my phone call was not returned. So then I called to follow up and the person I spoke with who answered the phone was abrupt with me to the point of being rude. Simply saying, without apology, that the money would be refunded to me. Nothing about my inconvenience. Nothing about my dismay. No excuses but just reiterated the money will be refunded. So I took him to task on that point in our conversation and that's why they get one less star than the full five. The front desk was abrupt and rude while I was calling at 12:30 waiting till after checkout generally. To their credit the amount was reimbursed to my card within the hour.

I had a couple of Issues with the room which I brought to the attention of Director of Operations Nina Voinarovski and WOW she was on top of it. Absolutely amazing Customer Service they started off by giving me a $50 voucher to the Restaurant or Bar and gave me some other adjustments with my stay that were the right way to handle things. Very impressed with her communication throughout the whole process and following up making sure we were happy with everything which we were definitely. Nina is a Rockstar and The hotel is beautiful and well run. We were there for a convention in their building and loved the meeting room setup and all the food and service that came with it. Hotel is very clean and room was very nice with a very nice shower and bathroom.

Stayed for 2 nights for a work trip and also used the conference room for the work event. It was perfect for what we needed. Food was good at the restaurant. They had some short staffing issues while we were there but minor overall. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I find myself in Minneapolis again.

This is our favorite staycation hotel in Minneapolis. We've stayed a few times, and Nate at the front desk was awesome to work with. They even moved our reservation for us when we had extenuating circumstances, when they didn't have to. Would highly recommend this property!

Minneapolis is a sad place to visit now. Downtown is simply, Down. Precious little activity or vibrancy. What few bars remain, close early, by 8 PM, on a FRIDAY! Hotel rooms are nice, but have poor lighting. Staff tries hard, but they are fighting a dour and dreary cityscape. Don't plan on returning until the City learns what civic responsibility and being good custodians of what was built before they ruined it can once again look like. What a shame.

The hotel is gorgeous, got placed on the 24th floor amazing views. Elevated ceilings in the room makes it feel very elegant . Beautiful rooms. Squishy soft pillows , close to the downtown. And the two young ladies that work Saturday days were so hospitable , exceptional customer service, professional, and courteous. Very good price on rooms as well ! Would come again !
